Thanks very much for a NICE stay during winter. The units were modern and fine with large balcony. The location is good and incredible, down the valley after a long day road trip. The place to order lunch approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel is Merecearia a Beira.

Great views and beautiful scenery, perfect for hiking and nature lovers. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing good recommendations on nearby walks. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of pastries.
The owner had a terrible attitude, barely speaking and showing no interest in making the customers feel welcome. an underwhelming experience that left us feeling disappointed and unlikely to return to this place.

The hotel had easy access to some great local eateries on the Zezere valley and the mountains surrounding the town. It was also just across the river which was a plus. the room and bathroom were tidy, and the breakfast had a decent selection of foods. the pool was a great way to relax after a long hike, and the staff provided excellent service. the pretty views from the balcony made the stay enjoyable.
The rooms were quite dated with old, shabby furniture.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful location. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the regional dishes. The hotel room was clean, quiet, and had a fantastic view over the town. I also appreciated the cozy lounge with a fireplace in the late afternoon. The autumn leaves and colors in the valley were stunning. The hotel even had an elevator for easy access to my room. The breakfast was good, with fresh cooked eggs most mornings. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. it was a delightful experience.
